A Micro Residential Community. The ambassador hotel, 100 year old structure, has set idle for almost 10 years. The development plans for the building include converting the upper floors into micro apartment units. These units, had an average unit size of 500 ft.², provide an affordable alternative to millennials seeking an urban housing alternative. The ground floor and basement of the building will offer restaurant, conferencing, and entertainment uses for the Cedars community.
