Description:
Fronting Jefferson Blvd. in Oak Cliff, this one and two story building finds new life as an infill mixed use project. The four buildings are designed with flexibility to hold retail, restaurant, live work or office. Existing building facade “improvements” were peeled back to revel the original structures.
