Description:

The crossings is a mixed use community at the heart of Cedar Hill historic down town. Developed over 4 construction phases, the project provides new residential, retail, restaurant, office and entertainment uses at the city’s center. New urbanism is merged in each phase combining adaptive re-use with new residential concepts. Phase one is anchored by a brewery, restaurants, retail, loft apartments and 20 tiny houses. In future phases restaurant test kitchens, open air markets, and more housing will pull local retail and millennials to downtown Cedar Hill.
